Looks exactly like a camera bag idea. Most camera bags have that access area to get into a camera pouch.

Granite Gear Blaze was the first backpack I found that explicitly makes the brain/lid an accessory carry. But there are a few (I think) in the hiking space that probably preceded the Muir. No shade, as I have several Trakke products.

The garage and dedicated pouch idea sounds great, but it’s easy to do badly. How would you compare this to the Cotopaxi allpa and appropriately sized slings you can slide into that top quick access pocket? That at least gives you more options

Do you by chance know the dimensions, the height, the width, and the depth of the bag visually impaired and I didn’t hear anything about that. And their website is not easy for me to navigate and their customer service has not gotten back to me when I sent them messages.

Great video, do they make a bag that’s about 10 inches wide by 7 inches tall by three or 4 inches from front to back? Their website is not very easy for me to navigate on visually impaired.

I have gotten all my patches from som3 ports we cruise to. I just pull off the iron on stuff and put Velcro on them. So far my favorites are from the Galápagos Islands.

Currently I using my mystery ranch 2 day assault pack for carrying my laptop, tablet and small stuff for class. Really like the city pack because I am looking for something less bulky. Your video definitely has me seriously considering the city pack not the pro, just wondering if there are any others in the same price point I should consider? Great review! I own the Charlie 25 and the Org Kits are made to fit in the vertical interior pockets or to the outside of the bag. I’ve been surprised at how much I enjoy using this bag- more for when I am out with my family and especially when we go to the pool. I thought having a cinch top would bother me again, but the design is nice and intuitive. The brain is actually excellent for me in use. Not my favorite for work, but I want to take it pretty much everywhere else.

Hi, I think I belong to the backpacking fans. I'm looking for a rectangular backpack that will hold: art blocks, 2 bottles of water, a lightweight tripod, paints, a palette and still be lightweight. It will be very comfortable to carry. Waterproof. (I will be going on plein air ) Do you recommend any other backpack models ?
